Ive been trying to buy a dry herb pen since early June here. While the employees are nice and apologize that they can never find the pen after ive placed and they've confirmed my order is ready. The resolution is always that they must not have it in stock and that the person who organizes the displays must've put them somewhere none of them can find them. Like can you please pull them off the website if you dont have them or put them somewhere accessible. The fact that ive complained 4 times (this being the fourth) and they dont offer any resolution aside from "maybe we'll have it next time, hehe" is upsetting; especially when im commuting from Boston for the sole purpose of buying from a medicinal dispensary. Can confirm i left in bad health :/

I stopped by the Brockton location late Saturday afternoon and Armani was great! She was very pleasant and super patient with me, taking the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed at all. Really appreciated the help!
